Learn to spin, flip and fly in this unique class offering a variety of circus equipment that uses Teeterboards, Trampoline and Tumbling.
Teeterboard resembles the "old fashion" style park seesaw. At each end of the board is a specifically measured square padded area where the flyer would stand on a degree incline prepare to signal the "pushers" before being catapulted into the air. The well trained and rehearsed flyer performs various aerial somersaulting skills either landing on: padded mats, a human pyramid, a specialized landing chair and a platform. Teeterboard is manned by a team of: flyers, catchers, spotters and pushers. Some of the team people share some of the acrobatic "roles".
Mini Trampoline- learn proper jumping technique. After the basic technique learn tuck, straddle and spin jumps then learn how to execute punch fronts, back tucks and brandy's on this miniature trampoline.
Tumbling- is an acrobatic discipline. Learn the basic forward and backward rolls and cartwheel. Learn intermediate tumbling such as front and backward walkovers and limbers and round- offs, and more advanced tumbling like back handsprings and back tucks on the floor.
