Trampoline is a device consisting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs. Students will learn how to bounce on the trampoline for recreational and competitive purposes. First students will learn how to properly bounce and about air and body awareness. After they have completed that task they will learn how to flip and twist. Finally they will learn how to put together a fun and thrilling bounce routine! The emphasis is on safety, fitness and fundamentals skills. This trampoline class offers the opportunity to learn and improve acrobatic, tumbling and teeterboard skills.
